Help us Test a Web Comic

Hi! This is a web comic I am thinking about publishing. It combines MDNA and our experiences with a bit of scathing humor from my geeky mind. I’m thinking that anybody ages 35-50 that has worked in an office will appreciate it. Would really like any help with your general response and any feedback. Feel free to leave a comment.

A highly dysfunctional office hires an executive coach to help turn the company around and teach them about branding, culture, leadership, emotional intelligence, tech disruption and the meaning of life. But this executive coach is not all he appears to be. Get ready for comedy, drama, a little sci-fi horror and a whole lot of over-sharing with doses of corporate denial. Inspired by true stories. Names and details have been changed to protect the innocent.

Good concept. More dark humor needed in fleshing out the roles and characters in the office. Could develop into a real trend setting outlet like the “Simpsons” giving people a voice to put it out there with what they are really thinking in the office setting , but also hooking the interest with how you present the solutions. Interesting representation of different ethnicity in the character drawings, good Canadian mosaic. Has a Toronto feel to it. Your looking good Ed as the “executive coach”, like the t-shirt suit combo, casual but authoritative. I can see this as being used as a back door tool in getting people to look at workplace function in a different perspective, broaden their horizons so to speak. It’ll be good to see how the “coach” slides in the gems to impact the employees and boss. You’re onto something Ed, Marvel has really taken over the market in going from comics to film, to TV series. Our culture is ready for something like this. #Brandculture
