Happy New Year!
It’s been an amazing 2015 for me and all of us at the MDNA Institute. We’ve made some exciting advancements with much more to come in the next year. Here are some reflections and updates.
2015 a Year of Rest
I resigned from my position as an executive director of 6 and a half years in December 2014. I assumed I would simply go find other employment after a month off. It didn’t happen. I took the leap of faith and freelanced my way through the year. It had its ups and downs but I found a rest in my heart that I never expected. I wouldn’t trade it for anything. I’ve found being in a spirit of rest is actually the most productive. No plans to change here.
Content and More Content
Starting last November, I committed to posting an article here daily. It’s been a great exercise and MDNA has reached other continents. We are exploring potential partnerships in other countries. So in 2016, things will take the next step. Not only will we publish books, but use other media platforms in a concerted strategy. I look forward to even more feedback as this content is released.
Brain Science and Artificial Intelligence
This is the most exciting for me. Not wanting to get ahead of myself but we are exploring the potential of combining MDNA with machine learning applications. The other area for exploration is taking advantage of what we know about the human brain and neuroplasticity. This will be integrated in our new programs. I’ve even begun this with my own children. Look for more developments on this soon.
Will You Go All In 2016?
The other morning, I woke up with a voice in my heart asking me if I was willing to go “All In” with the New Year. When it came to MDNA, I felt I was already all in. I guess not. I’m going to explore this on a deeper level. I believe one of the ways to go all in is to become more transparent in my journey and help others go all in as well.
There you have it. I could say much more but that will be for another time. How about you? Let’s go all in together.
