Happy New Year and Why I Absconded This Blog (Sorry)

It’s time for a leap of faith.
This December, after six years and 3 months, I resigned as the executive director of a group of companies I gave my all. It wasn’t an easy choice at the time, but in hindsight it was definitely the right one to make. Even if I didn’t really have a plan. That’s where the leap of faith comes in.
Over the past month, I’ve been pondering the future. There’s been a great deal of introspection and doubt. But there’s been freedom as well.
I’ve been really enjoying the freedom. Freedom and security are definitely not the same thing. How much security would you trade for a real deep-down sense of freedom?
So my next move is to see if this leap of faith can translate into the next stage of my career. It starts with my calling which is rooted in a personal and professional vision. The next step is to just out myself out there.
So as I started updating my social profiles and checking over my digital footprint, I decided to run some personal experimentation. This is why I’ve decided to turn this blog into a personal website. If you subscribed to the original iamsynchronized.com site, you can see our new site at http://www.mdnai.org. MDNA is now a non-profit institute. My apologies if you are expecting another celebrity MDNA profile (those will start rolling again soon).
That’s it for now. Hope you have had an amazing Christmas and I look forward to connecting with you in the New Year.
